Bryn Mawr College is one of the world’s most distinguished and distinctive institutions of higher education. Every year approximately 1,350 undergraduate women and 350 coeducational graduate students from around the world gather on the College’s historic campus to study with leading scholars, conduct advanced research, expand the boundaries of academic inquiry, and prepare for lives of purposeful action. Bryn Mawr seeks nominations and invites applications for a Chief Enrollment Officer who will lead the College’s efforts to bring new generations of outstanding students to the College.  The CEO provides strategic and visionary leadership for undergraduate and graduate admissions, financial aid, the registrar’s office, and enrollment management, and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the College’s continuing excellence.

The new Chief Enrollment Officer will bring an established record in enrollment management, and a deep appreciation for/ interest in the liberal arts and women’s education. The Chief Enrollment Officer will lead a performance-driven enrollment team using evidence and data-based decision-making, coupled with a holistic approach to admissions decisions and awarding financial aid.  Individuals who are attracted to a campus community that embraces diversity in all forms will find this opportunity attractive and rewarding.

The Chief Enrollment Officer reports to the President and serves as a member of the President’s senior staff.  S/he will work with the President in achieving goals set out for enrollment, retention, and institutional reputation laid out in the College’s strategic vision, Excellence in ActionThe CEO collaborates with the Undergraduate and Graduate Deans, the Chief Communications Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Institutional Research, and faculty in advancing the College’s academic programs, enhancing marketing and communications messages and outreach, identifying emerging markets, supporting student development efforts, and projecting short-term and long-range enrollment and net tuition revenue.  Within the Enrollment division, the CEO supervises a staff of 34 in the offices of undergraduate and graduate admissions, financial aid, and the registrar.
